I have made it in one piece. I am in Florida. It's so odd being back here after 7 years away. I had forgotten what palm trees look like, how the ocean smells, and the feel of real sand in between my toes. This makes me a little sad. How is it possible that I could forget all this?
The sun feels wonderful. Everyone here is in such a good mood.
I am still terrified.
After lunch, I'm going to hole myself up in my room and study more. How sad is that? I'm in FLORIDA. I should be out enjoying the weather. But I don't wanna suck. So back to work I will go.
