I'm sitting at O'hare. Have about 15 minutes before I board my flight. Still can't believe this is happening.
Quick update: met with the department head yesterday for the MFA program. I will be able to finish my thesis! I am so relieved. It looks like there was some major miscommunication that I've got to clear up, but no matter what, I'll be finishing this degree! Yippee!
Ok, I'm off and running. So tired. But excited. Can't wait to get to the hotel and see what all the fuss is about. Should be fun. Will update as I can.
